How to Report Someone
If someone claims a quest and disappears, submits fake proof, or consistently takes without giving — click their name anywhere in ThePackt and tap Report. Three confirmed community reports trigger 🐀 status automatically. False reporting lowers your own Honor score.

Quests
Quests are requests for real help. Someone needs upvotes for their Product Hunt launch. Someone needs honest feedback on their landing page. Someone needs beta testers for their app.
Posting a Quest
Anyone can post. Choose a category, describe exactly what you need, set a deadline and difficulty. The system sets the Honor reward — no gaming possible.
Claiming a Quest
Click Claim, do the task, submit proof. The questgiver reviews your proof and confirms. Honor is awarded immediately upon confirmation.
Proof Required
Every quest needs proof. A written description of what you did (min 10 words). A link to the action. A screenshot. Better proof = more bonus Honor.

Honor is your personal reputation score. It is public, permanent, and cannot be bought. It only grows by genuinely helping others.

30% Tribe Tax: Every Honor point you earn sends 30% automatically as Prestige to your tribe. You give 100% effort — your tribe benefits from 30% of that. Fair.

Tribes
A tribe is a group of up to 8 founders who support each other. One tribe per person. Real commitment. The people who show up when it matters.
⚔ Chief
The tribe founder. Decides who joins, can remove inactive members, can hand the role to someone else. If Chief disappears for 21+ days, the longest-standing member becomes Chief automatically.
Joining a Tribe
Two ways: complete their quests to earn Tribe Reputation (preferred — the Chief sees your work), or apply directly with a letter. The Chief always decides.
Inactive Members
21 days without any action = warning in the tribe board. 7 more days = automatic removal. The tribe is a living thing — it needs active members.
🏹 Hunter
No tribe yet. Browse, earn Reputation by completing other tribes quests, find where you belong. Joining a tribe earns +50 bonus Honor.
⚖
Fairness & Disputes
The system protects both sides. Warriors cannot be punished for what is not their fault. Questgivers cannot be abused by false claims.
Quest Dispute
If a quest is impossible to complete (content deleted, link broken), click Report Issue. You are freed immediately and receive +5 Honor compensation. No penalty.
Quest Withdrawal
Questgivers can withdraw a quest at any time. Warriors are freed and receive +5 Honor. Questgivers who ignore disputes for 48h get a Sentinel warning.
🐀 The Rat
3 confirmed community reports = 🐀 next to your name. You can still complete quests — but cannot post new ones or join tribes. Complete 5 quests honestly to lift it early.
Questgiver Reputation
Questgivers who repeatedly reject valid proofs without reason get logged in the Sentinel. Warriors can see this history before claiming their quests.

Alliances
Two tribes agree to support each other. Allied tribe quests appear at the top of your board. Both Chiefs must accept. Up to 3 alliances per tribe.
⚡
Apex Quests
Global quests posted by ThePackt admin. They appear on every tribe board simultaneously. 2× Honor for every warrior who completes them. Completing an Apex Quest earns the permanent Apex Veteran badge.

When you register, we store: your email address, chosen username, encrypted password (via Firebase Auth), Honor points, quest history, and optional profile information (product name, bio, interests). We do not store payment data.
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to provide the ThePackt platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Firebase / Google
We use Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and database services. Firebase may process data on servers in the US. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Learn more: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Your rights

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of ThePackt (thepackt.io), operated by Richter Digitals, Bad Driburg, Germany.
2. What ThePackt is
ThePackt is a free community platform where users create and complete 'Quests' — mutual tasks to help each other grow online. No fees are charged for basic use.
3. Registration
Registration is required to use the platform. You must provide accurate information. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Rules of conduct
Prohibited: submitting fake proof, claiming quests without intent to complete them, harassment, spam, and any manipulation of the Honor system. Violations result in suspension.
5. Content & Quests
You are responsible for the content you post. Illegal, discriminatory, or deceptive content is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove content without notice.
6. Honor system
Honor points are virtual reputation points with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real-world value.
7. Limitation of liability
ThePackt is provided as-is. We are not liable for the quality or accuracy of quests or proofs, or for any damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bad Driburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
